The presentation will include an introduction to Troon's ownership role in Troon St James and an overview of:

  • The direction ownership sees The Clubs moving toward in the next few years
  • What oppurtunities exist to improve the Member experience

Areas of focus include:

  • General Manager and Assistant GM roles
  • Food and Beverage standards and operations
  • Golf Course playability and availability
  • Attention to detail by staff and management
  • Continuation of capital improvement projects as well as any new improvement projects planned.

Following the presentation a brief question and answer session will be available.

Sessions will be held in The Members Club ballroom and are expected to run about an hour in length.  Due to scheduling there will be three sessions held:

Monday, February 19th at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM

Tuesday, February 20th at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Seating will accommodate 180 persons at each meeting.
