Join us on Thursday, October 18th for the 11th annual Oysterfest.  Join guest speaker Dr. Stephen Skrabal, UNCW Professor, as he speaks on Water Quality and GenX.  Dr. Martin H. Posey and Professor Troy D. Alphin, as well as graduate and undergraduate students with presentations and demonstrations will also be in attendance. We are honored to have Dr. Skrabal join us for what is sure to be another exceptional presentation in this dinner/lecture series.

Cost for this event is $26 plus tax and gratuity per person.  

On the Menu:

• Oysters Three Ways Appetizer:
  • (2) Half Shell Raw Oysters with sweet shallot-vinaigrette, shaved red apple
  • (2) Half Shell Roasted Oysters with house bacon, herb breadcrumbs
  • (2) Half Shell Fried Oysters with lemon-herb aioli

*Oysters will be sourced from the Northeast Coast

• There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for this event.
• Reservations begin on Wednesday, September 26th at 8:00 AM
• Reservations close on Saturday, October 13th at noon.
