Seared Duck Breast

Sweet potato puree, pancetta chickpea hash, gastrique, and micro green

Pairing: Edge Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

 

THIRD COURSE

Porcini Dusted Venison Tenderloin

Herb roasted fingerling potato, glazed carrots, butter poached haricot verts and a cabernet demi glaze

Pairing: Signorello Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

FOURTH COURSE

Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake

Toasted hazelnuts crumble, black berry compote and a vanilla bean whipped cream
