You are invited to spend an evening delighting in the culinary stylings of Chef Augusto Ordonez.  Join us as Chef Augusto presents four courses of delicious food sure to please your taste buds.  Benny Hill will be the live entertainment during the 6:00 pm cocktail hour with dinner to follow at 7:00 pm.

Delicious food, company, and live entertainment...what a wonderful way to spend a February evening.  The Chef's Table is a culinary delight featuring dishes conceived by Chef Augusto Ordonez.  Follow along the menu, as Chef Augusto describes each course and flavor.

ON THE MENU

Stationed Hors d'oeuvres

Plantain Cups with Shrimp and Avocado

Baked Brie Empanadas with Fig and Raspberry Sauce

Wine Pairing: Fleure de prairie Rose

 

First Course

Scallops and Shrimp Ceviche 

Wine Pairing: Makara Sauvignon Blanc

 

Second Course

Corvina ala Plancha

South American Sea Bass with artichoke and potato ravioli and artichoke vinaigrette 

Wine Pairing: Hess Shirtail Ranches Chardonnay

 

Third Course

Costillar de cordero a la Miel de Romero

Lamb rack with rosemary honey potato cake and pickle fruit 

Wine Pairing: Steele Catfish Zinfandel

 

Fourth Course

El Flotante: Slow baked meringues with crème anglaise and chocolate sauce

Wine Pairing: Taylor Fladgate Tawny

 

Cost: $75 plus tax and gratuity

No discounts apply, does apply to the minimum
