Due to the popularity of this month's Chef's Table that filled up very quickly, we were able to offer the same menu for an additional night.

The Reserve Club • 5:30 – 9:00 pm

5:30 pm arrival and hors d'oeuvres

6:00 pm dinner begins

You are invited to spend an evening delighting in the culinary stylings of Chef Brandon Mickey.  Join us as Chef Brandon presents four courses of delicious food sure to please your taste buds.  Benny Hill will be the live entertainment during the 5:30 pm cocktail hour with dinner to follow at 6:00 pm.

Delicious food, company, and live entertainment...what a wonderful way to spend a September evening.  The Chef's Table is a culinary delight featuring dishes conceived by Chef Brandon Mickey.  Follow along the menu, as Chef Brandon describes each course and flavor.

ON THE MENU

Stationed Hors d'oeuvres

Cheese and Berry Skewers
Southwest Chicken Wonton with Chipotle Aioli and Avocado Ranch

Wine Pairing: Benvolio Pinot Grigio

 

First Course

Cucumber and Feta Salad
English cucumber ribbons, imported feta cheese, shaved red onions, Julianne carrots and diced heirloom tomatoes finished with a watermelon and basil vinaigrette

Wine Pairing: La Crema Sparkling Rose

 

Second Course

Crab Stuffed Shrimp
Jumbo tiger shrimp stuffed with Dungeness crab meat topped with a béarnaise sauce and rainbow micro greens

Wine Pairing: Donna Olimpia Vermentino Obizzo

 

Third Course

Grilled Marinated Venison Tenderloin
Garlic and herb marinated venison fillet accompanied with fire roasted carrot whipped potatoes and sautéed purple kale finished with a cranberry and red wine infused demi glaze and crispy beet chips

Wine Pairing: Michele Chapoutier Belleruche Rouge

 

Fourth Course

Sugar Fried Beignets
Served with a honey blueberry coulis, and walnut truffle fudge

Wine Pairing: Far Niente Dolce

Max Seating: 40. No exceptions and no tables may be larger than 8. 

Capacity restrictions apply and all CDC and state guidelines will be adhered to. 

Cost: $75 plus tax and gratuity

Open to all membership types.

No discounts apply, does apply to the minimum

There is a 72-hour cancelation policy

Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
